You know this. I’m going to say it again though, just to make sure it sinks in.
The quicker you Invoice, the quicker you get paid.
Now, hold onto that thought as we envisage the usual scenario. You go out on call to do a job and provide a service. Maybe you have a busy day and it’s the evening, next day or weekend before you finally get time to sit down and do the paperwork. Then Monday morning comes and your local An Post has been closed down or incorporated into a busy Supermarket, the next closest Post Office isn’t open when you leave for work, there’s a massive queue right around the block, no parking, it’s another Bank Holiday etc etc.
The point being…your customer’s waiting. At this point, you haven’t even sent your invoice off.
Anyway, without labouring the point, I’m sure you get the gist; Automate your invoicing.
Cashflow is so utterly crucial for start-ups and small businesses in particular it can be the making or breaking of you. Any delay in invoicing will have a knock-on effect on your business.
Do all the simple things, but do them brilliantly. That’s how you excel.
No delays. No lost post or paperwork. Just smart.
What if you could just tap a few buttons on your mobile or tablet …while you’re actually with your customer?
What if that calculated the correct VAT rates for your goods or services and applied them automatically?
What if it filed it for you instantly? So you can see where you stand with all your customers, suppliers & be ready for VAT Returns?
What if your invoice could be emailed there & then? No relying on anyone or anything.
You don’t need to be a genius.
