Let the computer do the work
Often when you are entering an invoice into your bookkeeping software, you already know it is going to be paid on a certain date. A common examples of this is might be a utility bill which is paid by Direct Debit. Up until now you had two choices. You could either enter the payment transaction now with a future date, causing potential clutter and confusion in your payments tab or you could remember to enter it when it became due, causing extra work.
Now you can just do it all at once. When entering the Invoice, just enter the bank account you know this invoice is going to be paid from or to, and on the due date the system will automatically enter the payment for you.
